“We Will Remember”

It is the purpose of the Kentucky EMS Memorial Foundation (KYEMSMF) to recognize and honor Kentucky’s Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers and deliverers who make the supreme sacrifice in the line‐of‐duty. Each submission for recognition will be considered on a case‐by‐case basis to determine whether the potential honoree’s death occurred as a direct and proximate result of his/her service as an EMS provider or deliverer.​
